Solo Guitarist - Marcus Ford
Marcus Ford has been providing first class music for concerts, corporate events, weddings and private parties for over twenty years throughout Scotland and further afield.
He is one of Scotland's most accomplished solo guitarists and has played at some of the most prestigious venues in Scotland, and also in Italy, Germany and China.
As a solo player he has
a cool, intimate style that is as tastefully luxurious as it is
self-contained. Over the years he has recorded and performed
alongside some of the world's top jazz artists including Jim Mullen and Martin
Taylor.
Whilst it is tempting as a guitarist to emulate horn players with blistering
note runs, Marcus is influenced by a more orchestral approach afforded by the
classical guitar.
